SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days from the date your order is placed. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days (excluding processing time), for your order to be delivered.

Please note: The Beauty Oasis by T is not responsible for potential shipping delays that are caused by USPS, nor lost, or stolen packages.

Once your packaged is shipped by me, it is in full custody of USPS from that point until it is delivered to you. If any mishaps occur with the delivery of your order, the merchandise will be insured through USPS, and you will be able to file a claim through them.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

There will be no returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.
